Last night the little elves that run Google Alert told me that Michael Savastano listed my story "Soft, Like a Rabbit" among his top ten free spec fic stories of the year. Cool! Thanks, Michael. I'm so glad you liked it.
I have a question - do you have a feed enabled for this blog? it just makes it a lot easier to read, you know? drop the url into google reader, and it does all the work for me.
oh, I love google reader! best place to read feeds, for me. just drop click on "Add subscription" and then add the url of whatever site you want to read, and it does everything else. All the feeds in one place:)
You can consider switching to wordpress; I think their feeds are easier to enable and it also allows you to cross-post automatically to other places, like livejournal.
but, for blogger, what works well is feedburner:
http://www.feedburner.com/fb/a/home
it's fairly easy to activate, just follow the steps:) basically, you just activate your account, give it a name (Andrea Kail) and then add your url (andreakail.com) and when it finds your blog it should automatically add it to feeds. Easy.

Thanks so much, David!
I'm embarrassed to say I have no idea how to enable a feed. I tried using Google Reader, but I don't think it likes me. :( Any suggestions?

oh, just to clarify - Google reader is for reading feeds, but the feed still has to be activated, hence feedburner.
